Only the parent or legal guardian can apply — no foster parents.
The children must live with you when you apply.
Children must be 14 or younger.
Families must be in financial need; income may be verified.
Apply only once. Families getting the same help from another agency will be denied.

We do not contact you if your application is approved — only if it is denied.
If your phone number or address changes after you apply, you must contact us.

Tri-State Toys For Happiness will exercise reasonable care to protect the privacy of my family and myself. Tri-State Toys For Happiness will not be held responsible for the acts of these other agencies/charities with respect to my application for assistance. I also understand that the provided information will be documented into a community resource database and will be shared with other agencies/charities. I further understand that Tri-State Toys For Happiness will DENY assistance if anyone in my household is receiving the same assistance from another agency/charity.
